Most habit apps count the days you didn't show up. We think that's backwards.
Some weeks are full. Some are quiet. Both are normal.
So we're making a habit app where every check-in adds up, and nothing is taken away.

No. It's a habit app. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. We made it with ADHD folks in mind, and it's for anyone who wants calm check-ins.
When can I use it?

What if I stop for a week or two?
Nothing is taken away. Your check-ins stay. Your pet stays calm. Pick up wherever you like.
